Our Staff

David B. Lund - Attorney at Law

David attended UW-Madison, earning his B.S. in 1953, Bachelor of Law in 1956 and a J.D. in 1959 and was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1959. He was recently recognized by the Dane County Bar Association for 50 years in the practice of law.

As of 2003 David has been acting Of Counsel. He continues to reside in the area and maintains an active participation in many area civic and charitable organizations.

Darlene K. Merrill - Legal Assistant

Darlene is a legal assistant, primarily working in the areas of probate and individual tax preparation, where she has over 25 years experience. She assists with the preparation of probate documents, administration and accounting and works with Attorney Tesar in the preparation of individual income tax returns.

Janet A. Homuth - Legal Assistant

Janet has been a legal assistant and greeting clients at the front desk for over 20 years. She assists primarily in the areas of estate planning, business and real estate matters.
